Functional Features:

High control precision: Adopting advanced digital control technology, it can precisely control the rotational speed of equipment such as engines. Even when the load changes, it can ensure the stable operation of the equipment and maintain the rotational speed near the set value.
High functional integration: It integrates multiple functions such as speed control and load control, and also has protection functions like overspeed, overload, and low oil pressure, which can effectively ensure the safety of the equipment. In addition, it may have additional functions such as synchronization or deceleration control, and high-low speed adjustment.

Working Principle: It is usually based on a microprocessor and adopts the PID (Proportional-Integral-Derivative) control method. Firstly, the rotational speed of the engine or motor is converted into an electrical signal through a speed sensor and input into the regulator. The regulator compares the actual speed signal with the set speed value to obtain the speed deviation. Then, according to the PID control algorithm, the corresponding control quantity is calculated, and a control signal is output to the actuator (such as a throttle, speed control valve, etc.) to adjust the fuel quantity entering the engine or other related parameters, thereby changing the rotational speed of the engine or motor, making the actual speed approach the set speed, and achieving precise control of the rotational speed.

Output signal: It may be a 4-20mA current signal or a 0-10VDC voltage signal, which can be specifically configured.
Operating temperature range: Generally from -40°C to +70°C.
Protection functions: Equipped with functions such as overcurrent, overvoltage, and short-circuit protection.
Communication interfaces: May provide analog, digital, and serial communication interfaces, facilitating connection and data interaction with other devices.

Application Fields:

Power generation equipment: It can be used in generator sets to ensure that the generator maintains a stable rotational speed under different loads, thereby ensuring the stable frequency of the output electric energy, such as diesel generator sets, gas turbine generator sets, etc.
Industrial pumps: Used to adjust the rotational speed of motors driving industrial pumps such as centrifugal pumps and reciprocating pumps, and precisely control the flow rate of the pump according to the requirements of the process flow.
Compressors: Such as air compressors, refrigeration compressors, etc. By controlling the rotational speed of the motor, the adjustment of the compressor's exhaust volume is realized to meet the gas supply requirements in the production process.
