I. Products
Baosteel B18P080 is a cutting-edge high magnetic susceptibility oriented silicon steel (Hi-B steel), which belongs to the flagship series of Baosteel's oriented silicon steel. Its iron loss value P1.7/50 ≤ 0.80 W/kg, magnetic susceptibility B800 ≥ 1.90 T, reaching the international leading level, with ultra-high permeability, very low iron loss and excellent stacking coefficient, specially designed for the core of ultra-high-efficiency transformers, in accordance with GB/T 2521-2016 and IEC 60404-8-7 standards.
II. Main uses
► UHV/EHV power transformers: core materials for 500kV and above transmission networks
► Energy efficient distribution transformers: meet China's Class 1 energy efficiency, the EU's highest energy-efficiency standards (IE4)
► New energy sector: wind power/photovoltaic inverter transformers, high-frequency transformers for energy storage systems
► High-end industrial equipment: high-power reactors, precision inductors, and traction transformers

III. Storage and maintenance
1，Moisture and rust prevention: The storage environment should be kept dry (relative humidity ≤ 60%), avoiding contact with acid, alkali and other corrosive substances. If stored for a long time, it is recommended to use anti-rust oil or vacuum packaging to protect the surface coating.
2，Physical protection: Avoid mechanical collision or heavy pressure to prevent deformation of steel coils or coating damage. Use special pallets when stacking and control the stacking height to reduce the bottom load.3,33333333332123123123546974124
3，Temperature control: Ideal storage temperature is between 10°C and 30°C to avoid high temperature environment that may cause coating aging or magnetic property degradation.
4，Pre-processing: If cutting or stamping is required, make sure the equipment is clean to avoid scratching the surface with impurities; clean up debris in time after processing to prevent oxidation or degradation of insulating properties.
IV. Payment modalities
Only support T/T payment, the implementation of the FOB standard, the first to determine the variety and grade of silicon steel, sign the contract prepayment of 40%, in the delivery period the goods ready to send to the designated domestic port (such as Tianjin Port), after settlement of the final payment, the goods loaded on the ship.
