I. Products
Baosteel B18P070 is an ultra-high magnetic polarisation strength oriented silicon steel with a thickness of 0.18mm, belonging to the high-end series of Baowu silicon steel products. Its core magnetic performance parameters include: low iron loss: P₁. ₇/₅₀ ≤ 0.69 W/kg, P₁. ₅/₅₀ ≤ 0.51 W/kg, which significantly reduces energy loss;
High magnetic polarisation strength: J₈₀₀ ≥ 1.90 T, which improves the efficiency of the magnetic conductivity by more than 15% and ensures highly efficient Electromagnetic conversion;
Advanced technology: laser scribing and magnetic domain refinement technology, grain orientation up to 95%, material consistency certified by ISO9001.
II. Main uses
Designed for high energy-efficiency power equipment, applicable to:
1, high-end transformer core: meet the new national standard ‘power transformer energy efficiency limit value and energy efficiency class’ Grade 1 energy efficiency requirements, suitable for ultra-high-voltage transformers, distribution transformers;

III. Storage and maintenance
1,Moisture and rust prevention: The storage environment should be kept dry (relative humidity ≤ 60%), avoiding contact with acid, alkali and other corrosive substances. If stored for a long time, it is recommended to use anti-rust oil or vacuum packaging to protect the surface coating.
