2. Multi-Stage Filtration System:
Incorporates high-performance filter media—including glass fiber, stainless steel mesh, and wood pulp—with precision ratings spanning 1 μm to 100 μm. These media comply with ISO 2941, 2942, 2943, 3723, 3724, and 3968 standards, ensuring validated particle retention efficiency across diverse contamination profiles.
Pleated filter elements maximize the effective filtration area, enabling exceptional dirt-holding capacity while maintaining minimal pressure drop—critical for sustained system efficiency in high-flow applications.
3.Indication & Protection
Equipped with a differential pressureindicator and bypass valve, activating alarms and bypass flow when pressure differential reaches 8bar (adjustable), preventing system overpressure;
Industrial Versatility
Operates under 21-210bar pressure and -10℃ to +100℃ temperatures, compatible with hydraulic oils, lubricants, high-water-content fluids, and biodegradable media;
Seal options include NBR and FKM materials.
