GE F650BABF2G0LOSHE is a digital controller or protective relay launched by General Electric. It has functions such as
protection, control, measurement and monitoring, and is widely used in power systems and industrial automation

Specific functions
Protection function: It can be used as the main or backup protection for high-voltage/medium-voltage feeders, busbar
couplings, transformers and capacitor banks. It can achieve high-speed arc fault detection, support load shedding
schemes based on voltage and frequency components, and also has distributed generation (DG) interconnection
protection functions, including active and passive anti-islanding protection.
Control function: By collecting analog quantities and comparing them with the set values, digital signals are output,
and the control of the equipment is achieved through PLC logic programming. For instance, it can control the opening
and closing of circuit breakers and also be interlocked with other equipment. For example, the F650 of the C201
compressor can be interlocked with auxiliary oil pumps and ammonia blowers. When the protection operates, it can
control the related equipment to trip.
Measurement function: It can measure electrical parameters such as voltage (V), current (I), frequency (Hz), power (W),
apparent power (VA), and power factor (PF), and can also monitor situations such as current transformer failure and VT
fuse failure.
Monitoring function: It is equipped with a comprehensive circuit breaker monitoring function, which can monitor the
stroke of the circuit breaker, the closing coil and the integrity of the circuit. It can also record relevant data through
high-resolution oscilloscopes and data loggers, and can store hundreds of events with time stamps to help solve faults.
The trigger points, channels and sampling rates can be programmed and set by the user.
Communication function: Support serial and Ethernet interfaces, embed multiple communication protocols such as IEC
61850 protocol (supporting Version 2), IEC 60870-5-103, IEC 62439/PRP/HSR, IEEE 802.1d/RSTP, etc., and can conduct
data exchange with other devices or systems. Realize remote monitoring.
Human-computer interaction function: Equipped with a graphic liquid crystal display (LCD), programmable buttons
and convenient keys, it is convenient for users to navigate menus and submenus, set parameters and view relevant
information.
Self-diagnostic function: Equipped with a self-diagnostic function, it can help operators quickly identify and solve
problems, reduce downtime, and improve production efficiency.
Flexible programming function: Supports programmable design, allowing users to customize programming according
to different industrial application requirements, providing flexible control strategies to meet various complex
application needs.
