Baosteel orientated silicon steel B23R090 belongs to the high magnetic susceptibility of orientated silicon steel, its grade meaning: B (Baosteel), 23 (thickness 0.23mm), R (magnetic domain refinement treatment), 090 (iron loss value of ≤ 0.90W/kg, P1.7/50). The product adopts Baosteel's advanced cold-rolled annealing process and magnetic domain control technology, and has the following characteristics:
Ultra-low iron loss: iron loss (P1.7/50) ≤ 0.90W/kg, significantly reducing eddy current losses in power transmission;
High magnetic inductance strength: B800 ≥ 1.90T, improving the efficiency of electromagnetic conversion;

II. Main uses
B23R090 is specialised in the manufacture of core components for high-efficiency, miniaturised electromagnetic devices, including:
High-end transformer cores: particularly suitable for precision devices such as sensor ballasts and high-frequency transformers, to enhance the stability of energy efficiency;
New-energy power generation equipment: such as generators for compressed-air energy storage power stations (e.g., the world's first 300MW-class Hubei Yingcheng project), to meet the stringent requirements for low-loss, high-inductance materials;

III. Storage and maintenance
1,Moisture and rust prevention: The storage environment should be kept dry (relative humidity ≤ 60%), avoiding contact with acid, alkali and other corrosive substances. If stored for a long time, it is recommended to use anti-rust oil or vacuum packaging to protect the surface coating.
