Large caliber polyurethane flat hoses have different names in various industries. ① Ultra high wear-resistant and anti-static polyurethane hose: It is a high-pressure water and oil delivery hose that can be flattened and coiled under positive pressure. It adopts a one-time co extrusion process and consists of a TPU inner adhesive layer, a fiber-reinforced layer, and a TPU outer adhesive layer. Conductive metal wires are added to the fiber layer to solve the static electricity problem generated by the hose during the oil delivery process. It can transport various media such as gas, water, oil, etc,. In certain usage scenarios, it can replace steel pipes and rubber pipes. Compared with steel pipes and rubber pipes, it has the advantages of light weight, high pressure resistance, efficient transportation, soft texture, easy coiling, convenient operation, fast laying and dismantling speed, flexible maneuverability, strong environmental adaptability, reliable use, and durability.

Application scope: It can be widely used for oil supply, laying temporary transportation lines, and transporting mortar and cement in the field of petroleum exploration.

 

② Polyurethane high-pressure oil hose: It is a positive pressure conveying hose that can be flattened and coiled. In addition to all the advantages of a flattened hose, such as light weight, soft texture, fast coiling, laying and retraction speed, strong environmental adaptability, and reliable use, the fiber layer contains conductive metal wires, which can withstand ultra-high pressure liquid transportation, with a burst pressure of up to 84kg. The parameter indicators of this hose meet the requirements of the US military standard, and the transportation efficiency and comprehensive performance of oil transportation have reached a level. Compared with this type of ultra-high pressure hose, the ultra-high pressure hose developed by our company adopts a one-time co extrusion molding method and the developed molding equipment, which greatly reduces the cost and has been widely used in the petroleum field.


③ Large caliber polyurethane hose: It is a type of hose that can be flattened and coiled for positive pressure conveying, consisting of a TPU inner adhesive layer, a fiber-reinforced layer, and a TPU outer adhesive layer formed and co extruded in one go. The product has a large diameter, high flow rate, and high pressure bearing capacity, with a working pressure of up to 10 kilograms and a tensile strength of over 15 tons. Compared to rubber and steel pipes, it has the advantages of light weight, high pressure resistance, soft texture, easy coiling, convenient operation, fast laying and dismantling speed, flexible maneuverability, strong environmental adaptability, reliable use, and durability.

Application scope: Widely used in urban emergency water supply and drainage systems (fire protection, water pollution, floods, etc.), it can quickly solve water supply and drainage problems in emergency situations.

④ Mining polyurethane infusion hose: It is one of the important drainage and transportation equipment during mining rescue and emergency response. Mainly used for underground drainage in mines, conveying oil, drinking water and other media for equipment. Compared with steel pipes and rubber pipes, it has the advantages of light weight, high conveying efficiency, soft texture, easy coiling, convenient operation, fast laying and dismantling speed, flexible maneuverability, strong environmental adaptability, reliable use, and durability. Adopting the German style plug-in hose connector, it is mainly used for the connection between hoses and between hoses and other infusion equipment pipelines, forming an infusion system that can withstand a certain pressure. This plug-in hose joint has the characteristics of simple structure, beautiful appearance, easy operation, quick installation and removal, reliable operation, high pressure resistance, and light weight. The hose is composed of an inner rubber layer, a fiber-reinforced layer, and an outer rubber layer. The adhesive layer material is made of functional polyurethane elastomer, which plays a sealing role, is resistant to oil, water, aging, and has a good effect on the conveying medium. The reinforcement layer is woven with high-strength polyester yarn and implanted with conductive fibers as the pipe wall skeleton material, which has strong pressure and shape retention ability and can conduct electricity.  

⑤ Marine specific infusion hose: It is a wear-resistant hose that can be flattened and coiled for positive pressure transportation. It consists of an inner rubber layer, a fiber-reinforced layer, and an outer rubber layer, and can be used for offshore oil and water transportation media, meeting the needs of longitudinal and transverse refueling of offshore ships, shore supply, and liquid cargo supply. Due to the harsh conditions of using hoses at sea, ships are affected by various sea conditions during offshore operations. Equipment will be subjected to complex and variable forces under the effects of pitch, roll, and heave, as well as harsh conditions such as high temperature, high humidity, and sunlight exposure. The equipment's tensile and weather resistance requirements are higher than ordinary hoses. In addition to adding additives to improve the hose's salt spray resistance, aging resistance, and other properties, the special fiber-reinforced hoses for offshore use also have greatly improved resistance to tensile fracture.  

Specialized infusion hoses for sea use have been widely used due to their lightweight, good performance, strong environmental adaptability, aging resistance, tensile strength, and long service life.
