Product Description

Ningguo Huafeng supplies forged steel grinding balls manufactured by hot-rolling or hot-forging from premium alloy steel rounds (45#, 50Mn, 60Mn, 65Mn, B2, B3). After quenching and tempering heat treatment, these balls achieve high hardness (55-67 HRC), excellent impact toughness (≥12 J/cm²), and low breakage rate (≤1%), making them ideal for SAG mills and ball mills in mining, cement and thermal power plants.
