The mobile crushing sand-making machine is an efficient and flexible equipment that integrates crushing, screening and sand-making. It fundamentally solves practical problems such as complex installation of fixed production lines, inconvenient transfer of crushing sites, and inability to operate normally on rainy days.
I. Working principle
The working principle of the mobile crushing sand-making machine is mainly based on the process of material crushing and screening. First of all, through the feeding system, the raw materials are evenly sent into the crushing chamber. In the crushing chamber, it is equipped with crushing equipment such as jaw crusher or counterattack crusher to carry out preliminary crushing of raw materials. Then, the material that has been initially crushed enters the deeper crushing equipment (such as an impact crusher or cone crusher), where the material will undergo multiple blows, impacts and grinding until the required particle size is reached. Finally, the crushed material is sieved through a vibrating screen, and the finished sand that meets the requirements is sieved out and output through the conveying system (such as the belt conveyor).
Production capacity: The production capacity of mobile crushing sand-making machine varies depending on the model and configuration. The general production capacity is between 85-1800 tons/hour.
II. Structural composition
The mobile crushing sand-making machine is mainly composed of the following parts:
1. Feeding system: responsible for sending raw materials evenly into the crushing chamber to ensure the continuity and stability of the crushing process.
Two. Crushing system: including jaw crusher, counter impact crusher or cone crusher and other crushing equipment, which is used to crush raw materials.
