Hammer crusher is a kind of equipment for crushing materials in the form of impact. It is widely used in cement, chemical industry, electric power, metallurgy and other industrial sectors, and is used to crush medium-hard materials.
1. Type and structure:
Hammer crushers are divided into two forms: single rotor and double rotor, of which single rotor is divided into reversible and irreversible.

After many crushings, the material smaller than the gap of the sieve is discharged from the gap to complete the crushing process.
3. Breaking capacity and scope:
The hammer crusher can crush materials with a maximum particle size of 600-1800 mm to 25 mm or less.
It is suitable for crushing medium-hard materials, such as limestone, slag, coke, coal, etc., and can also be used for crushing materials with strong fiber structure, elasticity and toughness, such as crushed wood, paper, etc.

It is especially suitable for occasions where it needs to crush medium hardness and brittle materials, such as mines, coal, non-metallic mines and new green building materials.
6. Use and maintenance:
In the process of use, it is necessary to regularly check whether the screws of the equipment are loose, observe the working situation, and stop and deal with them in time when abnormal situations are found.
After the crusher starts, the operating speed can only be fed after reaching the normal speed, and the feeding particle size is not allowed to exceed the regulations, so as not to affect the normal feeding.
Before shutting down, you must stop feeding the machine, and wait until all the materials in the machine are leaked.
