1. Working principle:


The working principle of hammer crusher is mainly based on impact. After the material enters the crusher, it is crushed by the strong impact of the hammer head that rotates at high speed. The crushed material obtains kinetic energy from the hammer head and rushes to the baffle and sieve bar in the frame at high speed. At the same time, the materials also collide with each other, thus experiencing multiple breaks. The material smaller than the gap of the sieve bar is discharged from the gap, while the larger material is crushed by the impact, grinding and squeezing of the hammer head again on the sieve bar until the required particle size is reached.

4. Scope of application:

5. Operation and maintenance:
