IV. Use and maintenance
1. Preparation before use: The sand screening machine should be installed on a flat and solid ground to ensure the balance and stability of the equipment. At the same time, check whether the power connector is firm and reliable, whether the insulation is good, whether the grounding is correct, and add enough gear oil and bearing butter for the gearbox.
Two. Operation process: When starting the sand screening machine, first start the conveyor belt, and then start the drum sieve after it is normal. Adjust the unloading valve to achieve the required screening effect. When stopping, the drum screen must be stopped first, and the conveyor belt must be stopped after the materials on the conveyor belt are completely transported.
3. Maintenance: Regularly check the lubrication of the rotational part of the sand screening machine, and do not dry grind. At the same time, check the elasticity of the triangle belt, and regularly pour the bearing butter and clean up the sticky sand on the sieve.
