II. Equipment structure

III. Working principle
The working principle of the mobile stone screening machine is mainly based on the principle of vibration or drum screening. Take the vibrating screen as an example, the equipment generates an excitation force through the vibration motor, which makes the sieve vibrate, thus throwing the material up and moving forward. During the vibration process, the material smaller than the sieve aperture falls through the sieve and becomes the sub-sieve object; the material larger than the sieve aperture continues to move forward until it is discharged from the end of the sieve and becomes the sieve. Drum screening is through the rotation of the drum, so that the material rolls in the drum and is subjected to the screening effect of the sieve to realize the separation of the material.
IV. Operation and maintenance
1. Pre-operation inspection: Before starting the equipment, the power line, grounding, lubrication of the transmission parts and the working status of the screen plate of the equipment should be checked to ensure that the equipment is in a normal state.

Operation notes: During the operation process, it should be ensured that the feeding is uniform, the force of the discharge should be controlled, and the excessive or excessive discharge should be avoided to damage the sieve. At the same time, the operation status and discharge of the equipment should be regularly observed, and abnormal situations should be detected and dealt with in time.
3. Maintenance: Regularly clean and lubricate the equipment to maintain the good operating condition of the equipment. At the same time, the wear of the screen, transmission parts and other consumable parts should be checked regularly, and replaced or repaired in time.
