The mud and stone separator is a kind of equipment used to separate soil and stone blocks, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, environmental protection, flexible mobility and wide application.
I. Working principle
The mud and stone separator drives the linkage shaft of the multi-stage device through the motor for regular flipping movement, and the shaft disc configured on the roller is used to move the material forward. The roller rotates by the gear to drive the wheel chain, and its rotation direction is the same as the flow direction of the raw material. The material is moved by the roller and the screening of the sieve plate on the sieve surface. The material larger than the sieve gap is transported from the top of the sieve plate to the next process, while the material smaller than the sieve gap falls into the gap from the bottom of the collection belt to realize the separation of soil and stone.

III. Instructions for use

Two. Power-on and debugging: Close the power switch, confirm that the motor rotates synchronously and reverse, and then check the idle operation. After the equipment is running normally, the materials to be screened can be gradually added, and the rotation speed can be adjusted according to the specific gravity of the material and the gap between the screening machine to achieve the best screening effect.
3. Operation and maintenance: During the operation process, it should be ensured that the materials are evenly put in to avoid the large impact of the material falling and damaging the equipment. At the same time, the bearing seat, reducer, chain sprocket and other parts should be lubricated and maintained regularly to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
