I. Working principle:

After the material enters the equipment, according to the size of the sieve gap, the material larger than the gap is transported from the top of the sieve plate to the next process, while the material smaller than the gap falls from the bottom of the collection belt and is sent out of the equipment by the belt machine.

1. Installation and inspection: The equipment should be fixed on a special foundation and fixed by pre-buried bolts. After the new screening machine is installed, it needs to be checked for idle operation to ensure that the motor rotates synchronously and reversely, and there is no abnormal sound.
Two. Operation steps: Before starting the machine, you need to check whether the bearing seat butter, reducer lubricating oil, etc. are sufficient. When starting the machine, turn on the mud and stone separator first. After the speed is adjusted to the best, turn on the feeder and belt conveyor. When screening materials, materials should be evenly put in to avoid large impact damage to the equipment.
3. Adjustment and maintenance: Users can adjust the speed of the screening machine according to the gap of the screening machine and the specific gravity of the material to achieve the best screening effect. The equipment needs to be filled with butter and lubricating oil regularly, check whether the bearing block screws are loose, and carry out necessary maintenance.
