PRODUCT FUNCTION
This detector is a dedicated device for measuring the slip amount of elevator steel wire ropes. It is used to detect the slip amount of elevator traction steel wire ropes on the traction wheel during sudden emergency braking of elevator operation, as well as the maximum running distance and speed of the steel wire rope and traction wheel during elevator operation.
PERFORMANCE CHARACTERISTICS
All modules of this instrument use high-precision sensors, which have high sampling accuracy and fast sampling speed, effectively improving the measurement accuracy of the instrument;
During the measurement process, the instrument does not intervene in the elevator control system and does not affect the normal operation of the elevator;
Real-time generation of two velocity-time two-dimensional curves for the traction wheel and wire rope, making the measurement process more intuitive and accurate;
Control System Platform: Windows Operating System, intelligent analysis and generation of measurement reports after completion of measurements, measurement data with built-in time attributes, and the ability to print inspection reports on-site via wireless printers;
USB 2.0 communication, no need to install drivers, easily achieve data sharing;
External 4-segment battery display indicator light;
The handheld terminal and the measuring host adopt wireless transmission mode, eliminating the need for additional signal transmission antennas;
The host case is made of lightweight aluminum alloy material, which is light and sturdy;
Built-in file management features for convenient data saving, viewing, printing, and deletion operations;
