Product function 

It is designed to measure parameters such as triaxial acceleration,jerk,A95 acceleration,speed,breaking distance and displacement during the operation of machine-room elevator and machine-room-less elevator.

Performance characteristics

• The main measuring device is a 3D-MEMS acceleration sensor,and the cross-axis sensitivity and lateral vibration sensitivity are 1%;

• The main measuring  device is equipped with a 0.87-inch small LCD sreen,which displays the three-axis acceleration and battery power in real time;

• The data analysis and processing software provided can realize convenient multi-point measurement and data analysis,and displays triaxial vibration curve,triaxial acceleration and running speed in real time in the measurementprocess,and this is intuitive and convenient,ensuring easy analysis and operation;

• The analysis diagram of vibration curves of three axes-X,Y and Z axles displayed in real time during the measurement can be zoomed in and out,which is convenient for observing the operation state at site;

• The whole measurement process is completed in the car,and the numerical changes at different sampling points can be analyzed through the curve chart,and the vibration can be automatically monitored,with a resonance frequency of 2.4Hz and a bandwith of (3DB)500Hz;

• It is equipped with system setting function aiming to check and view the calibration detection and curve displacement variation detection before detection,and is configured with the port setting function and configuration information.A three-axis vibration curve area is designed for the calibration detection,so as to facilitate the check of the field use,link and signal interference of the instruments.
