The tester is suitable for measuring the braking glide quantity of the crane, and the speed and displacement of moving parts such as hook and trolley.
Performance characteristics
High-precision and high resolution sensor is adopted,which can display the displacement and velocity curve in real time;
When measuring the braking glide quantity,it can be judged automatically without the assistance of trigger switch,so as to avoid the influence of human factors on repeatability;
The speed-time curve analysis chartttautomatically determines the speed deceleration point to ensure the accuracy and stability in the monitoring process and improve the analyzability of the measured data;
The wireless transmission mode is adopted for the main body of the host ang the main data collector,and no additional signal transmission antenna is required;
Control system platform:windows operating system,which can intelligently analyze and generate the measurement report after the measurement is completed,and can print the test report on site by wireless printer;
Magnetic adsorption connection is adopted, which is convenient to install and high in efficiency;
The host shell is made of light aluminum alloy,which is light and solid;
External 4-segment battery power display indicator.
