It can output power, voltage (10V, 100mV), resistance, frequency, and on/off signals, and can also simulate the output of eight types of thermocouples and four types of thermal resistors; It can measure current, voltage (10V, 100mV), resistance, frequency, and the on-off of nodes in the DCS system.

DCS partners can be equipped with thermocouples (S, R, B, K, N, E, J, T) or thermal resistors (Pt100, Pt10, Cu100, Cu50) for temperature measurement. Among them, except for the on/off signal, any other output quantity has a step output function in both percentage and engineering units, as well as a fine adjustment output function for step points. It can be used in conjunction with our company's DCS companion software to automatically calibrate various thermal secondary instruments.

Adopting a graphical dot matrix LCD display, with all Chinese menus and a user-friendly display interface;

Built in nickel hydrogen rechargeable battery and charging controller, automatic charging management. Equipped with automatic shutdown function for battery undervoltage;

AC/DC dual purpose, automatic seamless switching;

The calibration of all items is completed by button operation, without any hardware adjustment;

Equipped with RS-232 interface, open communication protocol, and rich instruction system, it can be used in conjunction with our company's dedicated software to complete automatic verification;

When measuring temperature using thermocouples or thermal resistors, or simulating the output of thermocouples or thermal resistors, the values of temperature and electrical signals can be displayed simultaneously.
