(1) Regularly inspect the power supply of the DCS system, and conduct regular switching experiments for redundant power supply systems. Regularly check whether the network connectors and connecting wires are secure, and whether the wiring terminals inside the control cabinet are secure and reliable. (3) For the interfaces between the DCS system and other systems, it is recommended to install a virus firewall on the gateway station on the other system side and update the virus library in a timely manner. Simultaneously update operating system patches in a timely manner to improve system security
(4) In principle, no software or hardware changes will be made during runtime.
(5) All modifications to the DCS system, whether it is configuration software, system software, or file attributes, should be recorded in detail in the engineer station (logbook). After each configuration change, it is necessary to copy the main station to the secondary station.

A more effective measure for electromagnetic interference problems is to cut off the propagation path between the interference source and DCS. If the control room adopts grid shielding, filter devices are installed on the signal cables to ensure that the wiring of signal cables and power cables follows corresponding standard specifications, and SPD devices are installed to prevent lightning surge invasion.
