Description:
The skid-mounted drilling rig is powered by a diesel engine, and the engine's power is distributed through a paralleling device to drive the drawworks, rotary table, and mud pumps.
This rig is suitable for a wide range of oil and gas well drilling and exploration applications, both domestically and internationally.
Structure Principles and Features:
Drive Modes: The drilling rig employs multiple combined drive modes, such as "diesel engine + hydraulic torque converter (or coupler) + chain paralleling case" and "diesel engine + narrow V belt paralleling device."
Universal Shaft: The transmission system of the drilling rig features universal shafts connecting each part, making it easy to install and disassemble.
Low Position Installation: The power package and transmission device are installed in a low position, and power is transferred to the rotary table on the rig floor through universal shafts.
Driller Control House: The rig is equipped with a driller control house and drilling operation instruments, enhancing the working conditions for drillers and reducing their workload.
Sealing Chain Transmission Drawworks: The drawworks feature a sealing chain transmission with four forward and two reverse gears. The main brake uses a hydraulic-disc brake, and the auxiliary brake uses a magnetic eddy current brake.
Auxiliary Drive Device: The drawworks is equipped with an auxiliary drive device for an AC motor, which can be used for mast raising and lowering, emergency operations, and future upgrading to an auto-driller system.
High Origin, High Technology Serial Rig: The rig is available in various configurations, including diesel engine and chain drive, diesel engine and motor combination drive, and AC VFD electric drive. It offers different drilling depth capabilities, up to 5000m and 7000m.
API Standards: This skid-mounted drilling rig complies with national drilling rig standards and norms and holds a certificate according to the United States API 4F standards, ensuring its quality and safety.

On-Wheel Rail Mounted Rig: The rig is designed as a modular drilling rig specifically for cluster well drilling.
Modular Platform: The main rig components and auxiliary equipment, such as the circulating system, genset, mud pumps, and electric control, are placed on a modular platform that can be moved quickly on rails with full setback capability.
Extreme Conditions: This rig is designed to work in extreme conditions, such as temperatures as low as -45°C and as high as +55°C, making it suitable for various climates and environments.
