**Description:**
Truck-mounted drilling rigs bring together the power system, draw-works, mast, traveling system, and transmission system on a self-propelled chassis. These rigs are renowned for their capacity to handle heavy workloads, reliable performance, strong cross-country capabilities, ease of transportation, cost-efficiency in operations, and mobility.
**Application:**
The truck-mounted mechanical drill equipment series covers drilling depths of 1000m, 1500m, 2000m, 3000m, and 4000m, making them versatile for middle and shallow well drilling operations. Customized rigs can be designed to accommodate special environmental requirements such as cold, desert, plateau, and more.
**Features of Truck Mounted Drilling Rig:**
1. **Reliable Power:** Utilizes world-famous engines known for their performance and reliability.
2. **Efficient Transmission:** Incorporates an Allison transmission case with flexible connection, ensuring smooth transmission, minimal impact, and extended durability.
3. **Robust Chassis:** Adopts a petroleum-purposed vehicle chassis, employing advanced vehicle design technologies for heavy load wide axles, low-profile tires, high-intensity main beams, hydraulic steering mechanisms, and a double-line brake system.
4. **Cross-Country Capability:** Exhibits excellent cross-country and driving performance to tackle the complex conditions of oilfields.
5. **Centralized Control:** Features centralized control of electricity, gas, and hydraulic systems, with key components using imported elements from renowned brands.
6. **Hydraulic Mast:** The two-section, front-open, and front-tilting mast is raised and lowered using hydraulic cylinders, meeting API 4F specifications.
**Advantages of Truck Mounted Drilling Rig:**
1. **Versatile Operation:** The rotary table transmission case can perform forward and reverse shifts, accommodating positive and negative buckle drill pipe rotation.
2. **Safety Measures:** The rotary table transmission case is equipped with an anti-torque release device to ensure safe drill pipe deformation energy release.
3. **Electric Drive:** Draw-works and rotary table can be electrically driven.
4. **Wire Rope Management:** The main drum features an integral Lebus rope groove to reduce wire rope wear and extend its service life.
5. **Brake Options:** The main drum can adopt a band brake or hydraulic disc brake, with the auxiliary brake having options like pneumatic water-cooled disc brakes, pneumatic tong-type brakes, water brakes, or eddy current brakes.
6. **Additional Features:** User-friendly designs include a new cab, new power steering, automatic locking pins for the mast, centralized lubrication systems for the crown block and draw-works, a telescopic mast in place warning system, and a brake cooling system.
7. **Flexible Substructure:** The substructure is available in a two-part telescopic type or parallelogram structure, allowing easy transportation and lifting. Custom designs can be accommodated.
8. **Wide Temperature Range:** The rig functions efficiently in ambient temperatures ranging from -45°C to 50°C.

**Description:**
The ZJ40/1800CZ is a high-tonnage truck-mounted drilling rig, developed independently by our company. It is designed for drilling operations in middle and shallow wells up to 4000 meters in depth. Additionally, it excels in heavy repair operations in oil and gas wells and water well drilling operations.
**Features:**
1. **Versatile Drilling:** Suitable for drilling and work-over operations in middle and shallow wells.
2. **Engine Options:** Allows the use of CAT or Cummins series diesel engines.
3. **Efficient Transmission:** Equipped with ALLISON hydraulic transmission boxes.
4. **Robust Chassis:** Features a 14x10 petroleum-purposed vehicle chassis with exceptional cross-country capabilities.
5. **Brake Systems:** Options include band brakes or disc brakes as the main brake for the draw-works, with auxiliary brakes like Eaton pneumatic water-cooled disc brakes or water brakes.
