Description

The ZJ20/1580CZ truck-mounted hydraulic rig is specifically designed for various drilling operations. It is well-suited for drilling shallow wells with depths of less than 2000 meters, performing heavy repairs on oil and gas wells, and conducting water well drilling operations. This mechanical drill rig, mounted on a light truck, has been independently developed by our company and has undergone years of technological innovation and continuous improvement, making it a mature and reliable choice for drilling applications.

1. Versatile Application: This rig is the minimum level model for drilling shallow wells and is suitable for drilling and work-over operations. It can also be utilized for water well drilling operations.

2. Engine Options: Operators can choose between CAT and Cummins series diesel engines, providing flexibility and reliable power sources.

3. Hydraulic Transmission: The truck-mounted hydraulic rig is equipped with the ALLISON hydraulic transmission box, and there is an option for a domestic hydraulic transmission box.

4. Robust Chassis: With its 12x8 petroleum-purposed vehicle chassis, the rig boasts excellent cross-country capability, ensuring it can handle various terrains.

5. Brake Systems: The main brake for the draw-works can be either a band brake or a disc brake, while the auxiliary brake can be an Eaton pneumatic water-cooled disc brake or a water brake.
