The vortex gas flow meter follows the basic and practical Carmen principle, the vortex flow meter is simple in structure and easy to install. When installing, the customer installs according to the direction of the arrow posted on the main body of the vortex flow meter, and the plane of the triangular column is the medium inlet.
The main body of the Vortex gas flow meter is fully welded, and the main body material is 304 or 316. Because of the completely welded method, users do not have to worry about the internal parts falling off when using the vortex gas flow meter. The surface of the vortex meter is smooth and the measurement is not hindered. Vortex gas flow meter has multiple power supply methods. Users can choose special lithium battery power supply models (not commonly used) or 24VDC or 12VDC. Generally speaking, the normal pressure range during operation is 1.6MPa, 2.5MPa, 4.0MPa

What are the precautions when installing Vortex gas flow meter?
● Generally, we recommend that users install the vortex gas flow meter indoors, as the unstable outdoor temperature may cause safety hazards.
● When using the vortex flow sensor, it should not be installed at the inlet and outlet of the pump. The oscillating fluid often generated at the pump mouth will affect the measurement of the vortex flow meter.
● The inner diameter of the pipe to be measured needs to be the same as the inner diameter of the flow meter, and the flange welding at both ends of the vortex flow meter should ensure parallel.
● The signal output line of vortex shedding flow meter should be separated from the power line, if the signal line and power line are laid in the same trench, the signal line should be protected by a separate metal pipe shield.
