RF Admittance point level sensor is less cost level controller with Relay output . It works for continuous level measuring in case of both liquids and massive solids .Due to its strong and robust design ,It can withstand high temperature , high pressure , high vibrations and other coarse site conditions. There is no moving parts of the RF admittance level sensor , so it is free from complicated installation process , no jam troubles , easy to install and calibrate .
The most popular design includes a stainless steel rod having a diameter of 1 or 1/2 inches. This design is considered appropriate for nearly all non-conductive and non-corrosive substances. The most popular low-dielectric insulating materials used with the probe consist of Nylon or Ryton. Process connecting can be thread and flange. The length of probe can be easily customized depending on the application. The operate over a broad range of pressure which varies from vacuum to 10,000 psi and temperature ranging from cryogenics to around 850 ℃.
Compared with our Tuning Fork Level Switch , as both of them can measure liquid and solid ,70%-80% applications are the same and can be replaced. The only difference is that vibration fork switch can not measure the solid particles. RF level sensor can withstand big pressure and high temperature.
● Strong applicability: applied to various occasions, fly ash, particles, powder, massive solids, liquid, viscous, conductive and non-conductive materials
● Anti-adhesion circuit: the anti-adhesion circuit can eliminate the adhesion of materials and generate false signals
● Probe can be folded: probe and controller can be separated, there is no cable connection, and installation and removal does not affect incoming and outgoing materials
● Probe high and low temperature resistance: the probe is suitable for the working environment of -184 ℃ to 260 ℃, also provide ceramic high temperature probe to 800 ℃。
● Large output capacity: relay contact output with a capacity of 10A and 110Vac is used, and the status light shows working status, and 0 to 30 delay seconds.
● SMD technology: make the circuit line more resistant to vibration, circuit parameters are more stable and reliable
● Wave pressure technology: improve use pressure of the probe and prolong service life
● They can withstand high temperatures, high pressures, high vibrations and several other coarse operating conditions owing to their strong and robust design.
● Since they consist of no moving parts, they are free from wear, plug or jam troubles.

Major application areas of RF level sensors include
1. They are widely employed for level detection in case of liquids such as water or wastewater, fuels, petroleum products, acids, caustics, corn Syrup etc.
