200mm Fork Level Switch For Solids is desinged with 200mm length wetted stainless steel fork , it is effective level detection switch for fine grained solids and powder, maintenance-free automation device for use in typical applications , such as cereals, flour, cocoa, sugar, animal feed, dye powder, chalk, coal etc .The 200mm length fork with bigger open angle can avoid the material stuffing problem.
This Vibration Fork Level Switch can detect, control and alarm the high and low levels of the material tank. It is practical and simple, reliable in operation, strong in applicability, and basically maintenance-free. Both the tuning fork and the output are in working status, which are indicated by light-emitting diodes.And with a variety of output methods (DC current output type, relay contact output type, DC voltage output type).
Working Principle of Vibration Fork Type Level sensor : The tuning fork vibrates at a resonant frequency through a pair of piezoelectric crystals attached to its base. When the fork of the liquid level switch is in contact with medium, the frequency and amplitude of the tuning fork will change. These changes will be detected and processed by an intelligent circuit and converted into a switch signal.
