Product Introduction

This instrument uses chemiluminescence method to determine nitrogen content; Based on Windows Chinese operating interface, man-machine direct dialogue. Data collection, processing, storage and printing are controlled by computer. The instrument can automatically adjust the gas flow rate, automatically inject sample, automatically cleaning, automatically changing samples, automatically generate standard curve, automatically sleep after the end of the analysis process, can set the timing to wake up, completely realize unattended analysis.

Performance characteristics

1. The instrument adopts vertical injection mode.

2. Realize the automatic cleaning of the injection needle and the automatic replacement of the   sample, and the program can be set according to the requirements.

3. Select more than 16-bit automatic sampler, accurate positioning, one-time setting, automatic detection, and the injection volume can be automatically set. Realize unattended, automatic  analysis.

4. The gas flow rate is precisely controlled by the mass flow meter without manual adjustment.

5. The gas pressure and temperature are precisely controlled by the response sensors.

6. The computer controls the whole process of analysis and data processing, and displays the working status of the whole process. The standard curve can be done automatically.

7. The imported high-quality heating furnace wire is adopted to prolong the service life of the    cracking furnace. The data processing software has the function of automatic cut-off of over- temperature protection. When the temperature exceeds the set upper limit, the instrument will automatically cool down and enter the protection state.

8. The unique  fluorescent sulfur reaction chamber is designed with automatic compensation function of ultraviolet light source intensity, high sensitivity and low baseline noise.

9. The unique nitrogen reaction chamber enhances the reaction intensity of nitric oxide and ozone, and quickly discharges waste gas to reduce tailing.

10. Aromatic hydrocarbon blocker filter system and detection system with selective  permeable membrane inside, it is impossible to contaminate.

11. The special quartz cracking tube is free of disassembly and replacement, which completely solves the shortcoming of easy carbon deposition in the combustion tube.

12. The instrument is equipped with a gas filtration and purification system.

13. If the gas flow rate and pressure are abnormal, the instrument will automatically cool down for protection.

14. The gas pipelines are connected by ball clamps, which is convenient for maintenance.

15. The instrument can set the temperature and wake-up time of the cracking furnace during sleep. After analyzing the sample, the instrument automatically enters the sleep state, and when the set wake-up time is reached, the instrument automatically starts to work without the need for           operators to be present.
