Electric heating jacket is made of alkali-free glass fiber as insulating material, Cr20Ni80 alloy wire by winding, yarn wrapping, weaving spring device in it, first made into insulating heating rope, and then pure hand knitting method according to the national standard flask size made of different sizes of heating body, heating.
The special mold is used to make the hemispherical environmental protection heat preservation body of aluminosilicate cotton by vacuum pumping and shaping, adding glue and drying.
Because of the spherical heating, the heating area of the container can reach more than 65%, which has the characteristics of fast heating, high temperature, easy operation and durability.
Multi-link heating at the same time, can also be operated separately.

Method of use
PTHW electric heating sleeve is a thermostatic heating sleeve achieved by electronic pressure regulation.
Operation: Plug in the power supply, turn on the switch, green light indicates power supply, red light indicates heating, adjust the knob in clockwise direction, the temperature will go from low to high, when the knob is adjusted to a certain scale, the set reaches a certain basic constant temperature, but a thermometer is needed to assist in measuring. The initial heating can be adjusted appropriately high or to the highest temperature, when the required temperature or solution boiling, the knob can be adjusted down for insulation heating to extend the service life, a short period of time without use, the knob can be adjusted to 0, that is, to stop heating. When not in use for a long time, the power needs to be turned off. In this way to manipulate each hole in turn for heating.
