Features and Benefits

VOK ®- Disper 155/50 stable pigments and fillers are recommended for water-based lotion paints through electrostatic repulsion. Additives increase luster, improve leveling, shorten dispersion time and stabilize pigment dispersion. VOK ®- Disper 155/50 can be used as a dispersion additive only in most cases. It can be used for inorganic pigments and fillers.

Recommended dosage

The amount of additive (e.g.) is based on the pigment:

Inorganic pigment: 1.5-8%

Titanium dioxide: 1-2%

Filler: 0.4-0.8%

Addition method and processing guidance

In order to achieve a better effect, the additive is added before the pigment and filler mixed with the grinding base material.
