Product features and advantages
VOK®-DF 016 is a high-efficiency defoamer without organic silicon and mineral oil, which is used for water-based printing ink, varnish and ink-jet ink.
The additive has no adverse effect on the fluidity and will not cause defects in the printed pattern.
Recommended dosage
1-2% of auxiliary dosage (purchased form) is based on the general formula.
The above recommended dosage is for reference only, and good dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
Adding method and processing guidance
The additive can be added at any stage of production. However, it must be ensured that there is enough high shear force to ensure good dispersion of additives.
