Features and Benefits
German technical background Volcker VOK®- AP RD is a synthetic sheet silicate. It is insoluble in water but can hydrate and expand in water to form colorless and transparent colloid. When the concentration in water is 2%, or even higher, a highly thixotropic colloid can be formed.
Recommended Applications
It has good thixotropy in a variety of water-based formulation systems. These formulations can be applied to household and industrial surface coatings, detergents, ceramic glazes, agricultural, oil field and horticultural products.
