Product features and advantages
VOK®- FL 3902P is a new rheological additive used in powder coatings. Good dispersibility, improve the luster and leveling of powder paint, and prevent granulation, shrinkage and fisheye.
Recommended use
Recommended for powder coatings based on epoxy, polyester/epoxy, polyester, polyurethane and acrylate. VOK®- FL 3902 P can be used in various commonly used powder coating formulations. Due to its good dispersion, it is especially recommended for powder coatings with thinner coatings.
Recommended dosage
0.5-1.5% of auxiliary dosage (supply form) is based on the general formula.
The above recommended dosage is for reference, and good dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
Adding method and processing guidance
The additive is mixed with resin, curing agent, pigment and other raw materials in a high-speed disperser, and then extruded. The additive can achieve good dispersion through the extruder, improve the luster and leveling of the powder coating, and prevent the formation of shrinkage cavity, fish eye and granulation.
