Features and Benefits

VOK®- P 9051 is a low viscosity processing aid with demoulding property for BMC/DMC, which will not produce fogging. Used in BMC lamp reflector to reduce product fog shadow. Because of its low viscosity, VOK®- P 9050 is easier to operate. VOK®- P 9051 is recommended only for BMC/DMC. Adjust the injection parameters if necessary.

Recommended dosage

3-4% (purchase form) is based on the total amount of resin.

The above recommended dosage is for reference, and good dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.

Addition method and processing guidance

Add to UP resin while stirring. The traditional release agent used in the formula should be removed.
