Product features and advantages
VOK®- C 8014 is specially developed for carbon fiber reinforced free radical curing systems, especially for vinyl ester resins thickened with isocyanates. The additive improves the mechanical properties of the final product by increasing the coupling between the fiber and the matrix resin. The degree of increase depends on the carbon fiber and matrix resin selected. The additive reduces the range of measurement dispersion, thus improving the measurement accuracy and ensuring the quality of products.
Recommended use
Recommended for all carbon fiber reinforced free radical curing systems. The additive can improve the strength, especially in the hot setting process such as SMC/BMC with isocyanate as the thickener. Recommended dosage 1-10% of auxiliary dosage (purchase form) is based on the general formula.

VOK®- C 8014 can be added to the resin or SMC paste.
Special precautions
VOK®- C 8014 usually has no effect on the reactivity of the system. However, we recommend testing its reactivity before production.
