Product features and advantages

VOK®- P 9915 is a viscosity reducer for polyether polyol and polyurethane foam systems. The product reduces viscosity and improves the fluidity of reactive blends. Therefore, the blending of ordinary high viscosity polyether polyols with relatively low viscosity isocyanates has a positive effect. The product reacts with isocyanate through its own hydroxyl group in the system to enter the system.

Recommended dosage

0.5-5% of auxiliary dosage (purchased form) is based on polyether polyol.

Adding method and processing guidance

The additive shall be added to polyether polyol, and shall be stirred evenly before further processing.

Viscosity control technology (VCT) is based on the combination of two processing aids (thixotropic blocking agent and thixotropic synergist). This special pair of additives can control the initial viscosity of the system, but the applied viscosity is not affected.
