Features and Benefits
VOK®- P 9912 is a liquid processing aid specially developed for polyurethane system. Because the additive has the property of internal demoulding, it can shorten the idle production time of the mold and improve the production capacity. VOK®- P 9912 has no effect on the viscosity, reactivity and other production parameters, and has no effect on the mechanical properties of the final product.
Recommended for
Recommended dosage of unfilled, filled and glass fiber reinforced polyurethane systems
More than 2-3% (polyol and isocyanate) of the total formula amount is for reference, and a good amount needs to be determined through a series of experiments.
Adding method and processing guidance
VOK®- P 9912 can be directly added to polyols or isocyanates. When mixing in polyol, it shall be added before other raw materials and mixed evenly. Add into the mixed system VOK®- P 9912 is also feasible. Ensure VOK®- P 9912 was thoroughly and uniformly mixed in the system to obtain good demoulding effect.
