VOK®-AP 950 modified high-density polyethylene micronized wax for solventborne and solvent-free coating systems, printing inks, powder coatings, improved scratch resistance, softness and matte effect. Particularly suitable for radiation-curing formulation systems.

The additive improves scratch resistance, produces a softening effect and matte finish. Main application areas - solvent-free and radiation-curing systems. 

Recommended dosage 

1-10% additive (purchased form) is based on total formulation, depending on desired gloss.

Incorporation method and processing guidance 

The additive is best added at a low shear rate at the end of production.
