VOK ®- Disper 2105 is a pigment synergist for solvent based and solvent-free paint systems. Improve the efficiency of polymer wetting dispersant when stabilizing organic yellow, orange and red pigments.

Features and Benefits
The synergist makes the high molecular weight wetting dispersant more effectively adsorbed on the surface of organic yellow, orange and red pigments, thereby improving the efficiency of wetting dispersant.
The stability of the pigment is improved, and the pigment content can be increased due to the role of viscosity reduction.
Recommended use
The synergist must be used together with high molecular weight wetting and dispersing agent, and is recommended for coating and pigment concentrate.
Recommended dosage
The amount of additives (purchase form) is based on:
Organic yellow pigment (e.g. PY 154, PY 110): 2-4%
Organic orange pigment (such as PO 36, PO 62): 2-4%
Organic red pigment (such as PR 179, PR 254): 3-5%
The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
Adding method and processing guidance
In order to obtain good performance, the powder synergist must be added to the abrasive together with the polymer wetting dispersant, and then the pigment is added.
