Printing ink
Features and Benefits
The additive is especially recommended for the stability of pigments in solvent-free, UV curable printing inks. It is also suitable for preparing pigment concentrate slurry.
Recommended dosage
Additive dosage (purchase form) is based on pigment:
Titanium dioxide: 5-6%
Organic pigment: 10-20%
Carbon black: 10-20%
The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
Adding method and processing guidance
In order to obtain good performance, additives must be added to the grinding material first, and then the pigment. Pre mix the resin and solvent components in the abrasive, and then slowly add the auxiliary agent in the state of stirring. Pigments can only be added when the auxiliaries are completely dispersed and uniform.
