VOK ®- Disper W909 is a wetting and dispersing agent for viscosity reduction in highly filled unsaturated polyester casting resin system. It is not supplied to the EU market. VOK can be used ®- Disper W908 as a substitute.

Room temperature curing resin system
Features and advantages VOK ®- Disper W909 is a wetting and dispersing agent for highly filled unsaturated polyester casting systems. It can reduce the viscosity of polyester casting system (polymer concrete, artificial marble, artificial agate). VOK ®- Disper W909 can also improve the flow and leveling properties of the pellets, and has no effect on their curing and finished product color.
Recommended dosage
0.5-1.5% additives (purchased form) are based on the amount of filler. When the filler content is more than 75%, the additive amount should be 1-2% of the resin.
The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
Adding method and processing guidance
In order to obtain good performance, additives must be added to the abrasive before adding solid materials.
