German technical background VOK ®- Disper 2020 Wetting Dispersant
High molecular weight wetting dispersant for solvent based coatings. The additive is mainly used in building and wood coatings, and also can be used in industrial coatings to produce pigment concentrate slurry.
Chemical composition: acrylic copolymer solution
Solvent: 1-methyl-2-propyl-acetate
Additive dosage: 5 - 10% inorganic pigment
15 - 30% organic pigment
2 - 3% titanium dioxide
30-70% carbon black
Typical physicochemical data: amine value: 36 mg KOH/g
Acid branch: 37 mg KOH/g
Non volatile matter: 70%
