VOK®-AP 988 is a micronized wax with good dispersion in solventborne and radiation-curing systems. The product can be incorporated with very low shear forces. The additive improves scratch resistance, abrasion resistance and matting effect.

Recommended dosage 

1-3% additive dosage (purchased form) based on total formulation. 

The above recommended addition amount is for reference, and the suitable addition amount needs to be determined by a series of tests. 

Incorporation method and processing guidance 

The additive should be added to the coating at a low shear rate at the end of production.
