1、 Product introduction

The large current generator is a current source for inspection. It is a low-voltage large current power supply for thermal stability and dynamic stability tests of electrical appliances, such as temperature rise test and tripping of air circuit breakers, contactors and relays.

Single phase high current generator measurement shall be carried out separately;

Single phase large current generator is mainly used for testing three-phase electrical products, and can also be used for testing single-phase electrical products. The control scheme of single-phase large current generator is the same, except that three-phase large current generator outputs three-phase current.

The large current generator is composed of transformer, voltage regulator and control.

 Working time: short-term

Rated output: 2.5 minutes in operation;

1/2 rated output: 30 minutes for operation;

At 1/3 rated output: 40 minutes for operation;

1/4 rated output: long-term use;

 Work purpose:

1. For tripping

2. Used for calibration power supply

3. For temperature rise test

4. Low voltage and large current source for thermal and dynamic stability of electrical appliances

5. Other parts requiring high current

6. Output voltage of large current generator: generally 0-5V. If special output is required, it shall be proposed by the user.

7. Output current of high current generator: 10-1000A

2、 Technical parameters

The capacity of the equipment is designed according to the 5-minute short-time working system. If it is used for intermittent work, the power on time is less than 2.5 minutes, and the working cycle should be more than 10 minutes. Its specifications and technical parameters are as follows:
