1、 Product introduction
This instrument is a special instrument for testing the electrical performance of zinc oxide arrester in power stations, substations and other sites or laboratories. The instrument can accurately and stably measure the parameters such as the resistive current of its arrester under the running state of the equipment. The instrument is small in size, light in weight and complete in functions, so it is an ideal instrument for measuring the characteristics of zinc oxide arrester.
The instrument can be measured by wire or wireless, and the wireless transmission distance can reach more than 1000 meters, which greatly facilitates various measurement operations in large substations. The whole equipment is simple to operate and convenient to use. The whole measurement process is intelligently controlled by the central processor. The 8-inch super large full touch color LCD can clearly display the true waveform of voltage and current. The instrument uses digital waveform analysis technology and software anti-interference methods such as harmonic analysis and digital filtering to make the measurement results more accurate and stable. It can accurately analyze the content of fundamental wave and 1st to 11th harmonics, overcome the influence of interphase interference, and correctly measure the resistive current of the arrester; Thus, it is convenient for the staff to timely find out the dangerous defects such as moisture inside the zinc oxide arrester and aging of the valve plate.
2、 Product characteristics
Wireless sampling, long distance, convenient operation
① Wireless mode: applicable to outdoor or sites where the PT sampling junction cabinet is far away from the measured arrester. The wireless transmission distance is more than 1000 meters, which can fully meet the needs of various experimental sites.
② Wired mode: applicable to indoor or sites where the PT sampling wiring cabinet is close to the measured arrester.
Three phase simultaneous measurement, automatic correction
The instrument has three channels of resistive current measurement at the same time, and provides two anti-interference modes at the same time; ① No interference: in this mode, the instrument will not automatically correct the interphase interference angle when measuring; ② Interference: In this mode, the instrument will automatically calculate and correct the interphase interference angle when measuring, and the ABC three-phase measurement can be completed with only one connection.
Full touch large 8-inch color LCD display
It is easy to operate. The instrument is equipped with a high-end full touch 8-inch color LCD screen. The large display interface displays all the operation steps in Chinese menu, and each step is very clear. The operator can use it without additional professional training. It is a very ideal intelligent measuring equipment at present.
Super large capacity battery management, simple and portable
The instrument is equipped with a large capacity lithium battery, which can work continuously for more than ten hours at a time, saving the trouble of finding 220V power supply at the work site.
