VOK®-S 780 This additive is used to prevent sticking on vinyl ester systems and phthalic acid resins. The formation of an ideal film on the surface of the resin prevents the polymerization of oxygen in the air on the resin.

Product Features & Benefits VOK®-S 780 prevents the polymerization of oxygen on the resin by forming an ideal film on the resin surface. Make sure to get a non-stick surface. This additive is particularly recommended for vinyl ester resins and can also be used in phthalic acid resins. Interlayer adhesion must be tested.
Recommended dosage
0.5-1.5% Additive dosage (purchased form) is based on total formulation.
The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests.
Addition method and processing guidance
Under continuous stirring, VOK®-S 780 should be added to the ground resin before other formulation components are added. To ensure that the good crystal structure of VOK®-S 780 is not affected, the product must not melt.
