VOK-360 P is a powdered surface additive based on polyacrylate for improved leveling and shrink hole resistance of powder coatings. Standard additive for powder coatings containing pigments.

Features and Benefits VOK-360 P is an effective anti-crater adjunct. It reduces orange peel and improves the leveling of powder coatings. At the same time, it can prevent the appearance of needle eyes, fish eyes and other surface defects. 

Recommended Use 

Recommended for epoxy, polyester, polyurethane, acrylate and polyester/epoxy powder coatings. 

Recommended dosage 0.5-1.5% Additive dosage (form of supply) is based on total formulation.

The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests. 

Addition method and processing guidance 

The additive mixes resins, curing agents, pigments and other raw materials in a high-speed mixer and then extrudes through an extruder. The good dispersion of additives by the extruder helps to improve the gloss and leveling of powder coatings and prevents cratering, fisheye and granulation.
