Printing ink and varnish
Product features and advantages
VOK ®- DF 094 is especially recommended for defoaming of water-based flexographic printing ink, gravure printing ink and varnish. The defoamer has good spontaneous defoaming effect and excellent stability on the printing press. Inhibit foaming in the ink pipeline or pump system.
Recommended dosage
0.2-1% auxiliary dosage (purchase form) is based on the general formula.
The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage shall be determined through a series of tests.
Adding method and processing guidance
The additive is added in the paint mixing process, however, the additive can be added at any time of production. Due to the high activity of the defoamer, it must be added under a moderate shear force to ensure good dispersion. Otherwise, the system may have defects.
