Product features and benefits 

VOK-366 is an effective anti-crater adjunct. Reduce orange peel by optimizing the leveling properties of powder coatings. Protects against pinholes, fisheyes and other surface defects. 

Recommended Use 

The additive is recommended for powder coatings based on epoxy, polyester, polyurethane, acrylate resins and polyester/epoxy hybrid resins. 

Recommended dosage 

0.5-1.5% Additive dosage (purchased form) is based on total formulation. 

The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests. 

Addition method and processing guidance 

The additive is mixed with resins, curing agents, pigments and other raw materials in a high-speed mixer and then extruded. The additive is well dispersed by the extruder to improve the gloss and leveling of the powder coating and to prevent the formation of craters, fish eyes and particles.
