German technical background VOK®-SL 340 leveling agent
Surface additive for improved leveling and substrate wetting
The additive minimizes surface tension, thus improving substrate wetting and preventing cratering. VOK®-340 has good compatibility with solventborne and aqueous systems. In pure aqueous emulsion systems, VOK®-347 and VOK®-SL 348 are recommended.
Chemical composition: Fluorinated surfactant polymer
Dosage: 0.1 - 0.5 % (up to 1 % in exception) % of total formulation dosage
Solvent: Dowanol DPM
