VOK®-FL 355 is a polyacrylate-based surface additive for solventborne coating systems to improve leveling. Suitable for medium to high polarity systems.

Product features and benefits 

The additive is used as an anti-crater and leveling additive for a wide range of solventborne coatings. Increases gloss and creates a long-wave effect. Slightly reduces surface tension without affecting recoating and interlayer adhesion. The additive is thermally stable. 

Recommended dosage 

0.1-1.0% additive dosage (purchased form) is based on total formulation. 

The above recommended dosage is for reference, and the appropriate dosage needs to be determined through a series of tests. 

Addition method and processing guidance 

The additive can be added at any stage of the production process, including post-adding.
